Under the provisions of the Official Information Act please provide the following information with respect to the Wellington Local Area Committee:

1. The date that the Wellington LAC was formally established.

2. The dates and the minutes of all of the meetings held by the Wellington LAC since its establishment.

3. Copies of the advice given to FENZ by the Wellington LAC since its inception and/or any other reports provided by the LAC to FENZ (including the Board).
