Dear WorkSafe New Zealand,

Context:
During 31/3/29025 pre-release meeting with NZEIA, WorkSafe used a slide pack that spoke to risk assessment, residual risk and risk treatment.

However, no risk definition, risk assessment/scoring, discussion of residual risk or recommended risk treatments was contained within the independent advice report (https://www.worksafe.govt.nz/dmsdocument...).

OIA Request:
Please provide:
1) The slide pack presented to NZEIA on 31/3/2026.
2) Draft version of the independent advice report (01 through 05).
3) The risk definition/assessments/scoring/treatment options that led to the content in the silde pack.
