I have decided to release the documents listed above in full.
The independent review noted the intention of the recommended changes introduced by the
citation of AS/NZS 3000:2025 was justifiable and considered relevant risks and how they may be
addressed. The independent consultant’s report sets out those risks and how they may be
mitigated.
The presentation is based on the report. It provides a summary of the report and its conclusions
and includes an overview of the risks and how they are being mitigated, as outlined in the report.
No separate risk analysis was necessary in preparation of the presentation.
