We can confirm that we anticipate awarding the tender in about two weeks’
time. We will provide some pricing information once this has taken place.
Please note the budget for this project is for a variety of things so it
would not reflect design and build components specifically.

The Council is currently working through the following the Wycola Park
tender evaluation, so we do not yet have a finalised contract price.
The current figures were allocated budget and design costs in the current
Long-Term Plan:
o Total allocated budget: $519,793
o Design: $20,000
o Demolition: $100,000
o Construction: $375,000 (this includes park furniture, a shelter, and
playground assets)
