Dear Tasman District Council,
I am requesting any health complaints relating to contamination, smell, health concerns, and water related issues including ecoli arising from the Ledger Avenue Storm water and sewerage pump, which services a large area of Motueka, Tasman. These complaints may have come from residents from Ledger Avenue, Marion Place, Goodman Drive, McCarthy Crescent, and Kingston Place.
Please provide a record of these complaints between 2011-2026.

2026.
You have requested:
I am requesting any health complaints relating to contamination, smell,
health concerns, and water related issues including ecoli arising from the
Ledger Avenue Storm water and sewerage pump, which services a large area
of Motueka, Tasman. These complaints may have come from residents from
Ledger Avenue, Marion Place, Goodman Drive, McCarthy Crescent, and
Kingston Place. Please provide a record of these complaints between
2011-2026.
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and, in
any event, no later than 21 April 2026, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received. If we are unable to respond by then, we
will notify you of an extension of that timeframe. For requests that are
likely to involve substantial collation and/or research, there may be a
charge for staff time. However, if this is the case, we will advise you
before we process your request, giving you the opportunity to decide
whether to proceed with the request.
In cases where the Council's response provides information that
is identified to be of general public interest, the response may be
published on the Councils website. If your request is published, all
personal information, including your name and contact details, will be
removed.
