Thank you for your email of 3 April requesting the following under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

 

I am writing on behalf of the community at Goodman, Ledger, Kingstan,
Marion Place and McCarty St in Motueka.
We are requesting any and all correspondence between the Health Department
and the Council relating to the Ledger-Goodman pump station.
We are concerned with health risks from harmful gases, rank odour, and
contamination from overflowing waste from the pump station that have been
observed over the past 15 years.

I am writing to notify you that the Office of Hon. Penny Simmonds, is
transferring your request in full to the Tasman District Council for a
response, as we believe the information to which your request relates is
more closely connected with their functions.

 

In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the Act to
