Dear Health New Zealand,
I am requesting any health complaints relating to contamination, smell, health concerns, and water related issues including ecoli arising from the Ledger Avenue Storm water and sewerage pump, which services a large area of Motueka, Tasman. These complaints may have come from residents from Ledger Avenue, Marion Place, Goodman Drive, McCarthy Crescent, and Kingston Place.
Please provide a record of these complaints between 2011-2026.
