Please provide all the outbound communique as-is to all the stakeholder councils regarding the Moa point failure, whether draft and / or final form.
This includes briefings, reports, e-mails etc - I remind that FOIA is not press release channel but pertains to official documents that you hold and are obligated to release regardless as-is.
