Dear Ministry of Housing and Urban Development,

I've already asked the Minister himself regarding the advice you have provided through to him through your ministerial briefings.
However I would like to ask you to provide the below outside briefings:
a) Instructions provided by any of the ministers to you (ministry) relating to move-on orders including requests for briefing.
b) Official requests / communique both to you and from you relating to move-on orders including emails requesting data, evidence and information like attachments / appendixes.
This is to shine the light on how the minister is performing decision making & oversight on this matter on what matters both the ministry and minister considered on making their decisions affecting New Zealanders at large relating to move-on orders.
