Emergency New Zealand’s privacy policy and a list of all policies.

 

Before we can treat this correspondence as a request made in accordance
with the Official Information Act 1982, we must be satisfied that the
eligibility requirements in section 12 of the OIA are met.

 

As with your other request, this request was also submitted via an online
platform under a name and email address from which eligibility cannot
reasonably be inferred. In those circumstances, we seek confirmation that
you meet one of the eligibility criteria set out in section 12.

 

Consistent with guidance from the Office of the Ombudsman, a postmarked
letter confirming that you meet the section 12 eligibility requirements
will be sufficient if you do not wish to provide confirmation
electronically.

 

Once eligibility is confirmed, we will proceed with your new request in
accordance with the OIA.
