outlined previously, where eligibility under section 12 of the Official
Information Act 1982 (OIA) cannot be reasonably inferred, we ask
requesters to provide evidence that they meet one of the eligibility
criteria set out in section 12.

sent, which will evidence that you meet section 12(1)(c). Once that
confirmation is received (as we have not yet received your letter), your
requests will be considered in accordance with the OIA, and the statutory
timeframe will begin from the date the evidence is received.
