Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
I request copies of any correspondence or documents held by Fire and Emergency New Zealand relating to The Colville Project, 89 Wharf Road, Colville, in connection with any current or proposed fire management plan.
Including:
-Correspondence with The Colville Project Trust (or its representatives) about fire management, evacuation planning, fire risk, emergency access, or firefighting water supply.
-Correspondence with any local authority or public agency about fire safety matters for this site
-Any advice, assessments, recommendations, or fire management plans (draft or final) held on file
