From: Robert Jones
Dear Kaikorai Valley College,
Thank you for providing the service reports from Wormald and ADT. While these confirm recurring faults in the Sports Hall (Zone 25), your response is incomplete under the Official Information Act.
Please provide the following missing items within 5 working days to avoid an escalation to the Ombudsman:
* The Full Panel Event Log: Not just the service calls, but the digital log from the fire panel showing all activations since January 2024.
* The 2025 Form 12A Certificate: The signed document from your IQP used for your current Building Warrant of Fitness.
* MoE Correspondence: Any internal or external communications regarding the long-term funding/replacement of this aging system.
It is clear from the Wormald reports provided that the system is being managed via "isolations" and "temporary tests" rather than a permanent repair. This is no longer acceptable to the neighborhood.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Jones
