2. Maintenance Records: Copies of service reports or fault logs from your fire protection contractor for the past 24 months.

3. Compliance Documentation: A copy of the most recent IQP (Independent Qualified Person) inspection report used for the school’s annual Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).

4. Remediation Plans: Any correspondence between the School, the Ministry of Education, or Fire and Emergency NZ (FENZ) regarding a permanent solution or system upgrade for these faults.

Thank you for providing the service reports from Wormald and ADT. While these confirm recurring faults in the Sports Hall (Zone 25), your response is incomplete under the Official Information Act.
