Dear Ministry of Social Development,

My request was:
Does the NZ Government have an agreement with the Canadian Government to apply section 70 deductions from NZ Superannuation in respect of Canadian super annuitants' resident in New Zealand who are in receipt of Canada pension plan (CPP) payments?

It seems that the response to my request has been delayed. By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by December 14, 2015 .
