Dear KiwiRail,

I live in the vicinity of 45 west coast road.
You have a worksite there next to the line.
Questions
1) Why is everything stacked right underneath my window where it is the most disruptive while the rest of the site sits empty?
2) Why have I asked this question repeatedly for over 2 years and still not recieved an answer to it?
3) Why does your pamphlet sent to neighbours state a time for works and your contractors consistently break it?
4) Why is there no one who is contactable when the works are in progress so the neighbours can't complain?
5) Why did you see fit to threaten me with a Lawyer instead of just answering my question?
6) What are your future plans for this site?
7) Time table of works planned, and working hours from March 2026 to March 2028

I expect a proper answer not a non-descript PR answer to each of these, or a Lawyer's answer because are non specific and a waste of time
