Dear Office of Human Rights Proceedings,

I am an author of a legal practitioner text on the Privacy Act 2020 and am seeking some basic statistical information no longer published by the Privacy Commissioner's annual report.

Would you please advise how many referrals have been made by the Privacy Commissioner since 1 July 2023 (i.e. start of the 2023/24 financial year).

If there have been any, would you please indicate either the date of the referral or simply how many were made in each financial year.

As an aside, this request is simply an update to an earlier request your replied to on 13 June 2024 relating to earlier years.
