Kia ora,
Thank you for progressing my request.
Please provide information for connectivity contracts and infrastructure deployed from 2020 to present.
This should include:
- Current active contracts and systems
- Recent procurement decisions and tender processes
- Technology choices made in the era when LEO satellite and 5G options became available
If this timeframe would result in an overly burdensome response, please prioritise:
- Current active contracts (who provides connectivity now, at what cost)
- Most recent tender process (last 2-3 years) showing how providers were selected
I'm primarily interested in understanding what connectivity solutions support Wellington region roadside assets today and how those decisions were made.
Please let me know if this timeframe is acceptable.
Yours sincerely,
Sam Brown
