I would like to request reports, advice, analysis and estimates of impacts including all contracted and commissioned assessments on the social costs and estimated crash effects of the previous (2014) changes to the WoF requirements introduced.

On behalf of the Ministry of Transport, I acknowledge your Official
Information Act request of 23 December 2025 seeking:
“Reports, advice, analysis and estimates of impacts including all
contracted and commissioned assessments on the social costs and estimated
crash effects of the previous (2014) changes to the WoF requirements
introduced.”

any event no later than 12 February 2026, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received. If we are unable to respond to your request
by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
