I understand the MoH will have copies of these because the chief legal advisor at the ministry of health has Enforcement responsibilities, including oversight of enforcement of breaches of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020 (and associated instruments) and Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2000. He is responsible for oversight of legal services so will have access to these decisions . Kindly provide them under the official information act.
