The publishing of Covid-19 related judgements by The Courts

1. Please would you supply all the criteria for publishing a "Covid 19 related judgement" on this page of court decisions page:

2. Would you kindly share the reasons why the following cases which took place in the public court in 2021 and 2022 which are Covid-19 related are not available on the NZ Courts decisions finder?
-Canaday v Medical council of NZ CIV-2021-085-000781
-Whittome v Taupo Tennis and Ors CIV-2022 -069-000021,
-Reihana v Air NZ CIV-2022-404-000436 [2022] NZHC 2425
3 Kindly share the memos, minutes and decisions which came about for the above publishing criteria of "Covid-19 related Judgements".

Dear Easton, Paul,
The Department of Justice is part of the Executive which is subject to section 3 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act. It is also subject to separation of powers. I will be sending a complaint to the Ombudsman based on the fact that there may have been a breach of the doctrine of the separation of powers. This is part of the Rule of Law.
