S.I made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was successful.
From: S.I
Dear New Zealand Police,
1: When an individual makes a privacy act request for all the information the Police hold on that person in the N.I.A database, they are provided with a personal dossier of said information. I am requesting all training or reference material that explains all sections of this dossier, including all codes, abbreviations and key words that may be present.
2: Police have previously released a redacted copy of the NIA manual on 27 September 2022 (ref IR-01-22-22232) I requesting a copy of the original OIA request & all information that was released in response.
I am a New Zealand citizen residing in Auckland my entire life so I am more than entitled to request this information.
Regards,
S.I
