Thank you for your request of 25 October 2025, asking for the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
A copy of Michael Frampton’s (Deputy Chief Executive – Service Delivery) Outlook calendar for 
the month of July 2025, provided as: 
Weekly calendar screenshots (calendar view covering Monday–Sunday each week), with no 
requirement to provide the body/content of appointments or metadata beyond what appears 
onscreen in the weekly view. 
 
Our response 
Please find attached the screenshots of Michael Frampton’s outlook calendar for each week between 1 
July 2025 and 31 July 2025. As there were no weekend calendar appointments during the period 
requested, screenshots are from Monday to Friday only. 
 
Some information has been withheld to protect people’s privacy. This decision has been made under 
section 9(2)(a) of the Act. In doing so, we have considered the public interest in making the information 
available and determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the privacy of individuals. 
 
Names and contact details of some individuals have been deemed out of scope of your request and 
removed from the screenshots provided.
