I refer to your official information request dated 24 October 2025 for a
list of all Naenae College staff and their annual remuneration paid in FY
24-25.

We have decided to refuse your request under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA,
to protect the privacy of natural persons. The primary harm considered is
the unwarranted disclosure of personal information, specifically the
breach of an individual's right to privacy.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this decision. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
