separate folders, one for the Admin Upgrade / Refurbishment and one for
the Hardscaping Project.

 Admin Upgrade / Refurbishment

o Project Budget Summary (Latest project estimate), dated
o A folder which includes all architectural drawings and
specifications produced to date.  Note, any 3D renders which have
been produced are within these documents.

o A folder which includes all architectural drawings and
specifications produced to date.  Note, any 3D renders which have
been produced are within these documents.
o It’s worth noting that this project has not had the tender drawings
completed yet so there will likely be updated further in the next
week or two.

I acknowledge receipt of your response, but note that my name has been misspelled. The 3D views that were requested have not been provided. It is evident that the requested documents do exist, as they are listed as drawing no. 212, 213, 214 on page 16 of the "Naenae College Admin Block Design Report 220814.pdf" document, in the folder "OIA Request - March 2023/Admin Upgrade Project/Architectural Drawings and Specifications/". This information is of particular importance, given that the purpose of the original request was to gather information for an article in the school magazine.
