8. Do comms recordings reference a “piece of wood” rather than a “metal bar”? If yes, explain.
9. Who identified Wiremu in comms, and why is his statement missing?

11. Why does William Hill’s digital notebook contain a redacted entry on 1 June 2023? Was it about me (Patrick Thomas)?
12. Is there any forensic evidence linking me to the scene/bar/doors? If none, confirm explicitly.
13. Did CCTV cameras show any person or vehicle near the scene? If not, confirm explicitly.
14. Who authored the initial Summary of Facts? Who revised it, and why does it contradict Emma Wildon’s account of entry?
