Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982. Specifically, I would like to request all communication, including but not limited to emails, letters, and other written correspondence, and text message between the following people below and any taihape police staff as I am representing myself and is for a pending court case :
• Darren Playford
• Sharon Playford
• Kristy playford taihape
• Any member of the Playford family
• The address: 39 Kaka Road, Taihape and Mangaweka
• 33 broadway avenue mangaweka
I am seeking communication that occurred from 2022 to present day
If possible, I would appreciate receiving the requested information in digital format. Should any part of the information be withheld, I would appreciate an explanation of the reasons for refusal, including the relevant exemptions under the Official Information Act that apply.
Please let me know if you need any clarification regarding my request. I understand that you are required to respond within 20 working days. If additional time is needed to process my request, I would appreciate notification of any expected delays.
