Under the OIA can I please request the following:
All notes from the officer(s) concerning the arrest of Jack Basham and subsequent search of him and his vehicle on May 5th 2024. This should include details around the amount of cannabis found, where it was found, where the bong was located etc.
All notes and communications relating to any driver impairment tests that were performed.
All notes and communications if any, relating to the withdrawing of charges for possession of cannabis and a possessing a cannabis bong before sentencing.
