"Party Overflow" badges Process

From: john luke
Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade,
I understand that MFAT provides "Party Overflow" badges to members of the public for events such as COP, UN, or Commonwealth meetings. Aside from COP, are there any other events for which MFAT publicly calls for expressions of interest or applications?
If so, could you please provide the names of those events?
Additionally, apart from the Overflow badge process, are there any other channels through which members of the general public can be invited to or attend events hosted by the UN or the Commonwealth?
I’m looking to get a general understanding of how members of the public may attend official international events—such as COP—without being part of a government delegation.
Yours faithfully,
john luke
