Delays in Commissioning Prototype type 3s and MANs

Currently waiting for a response from Fire and Emergency New Zealand, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).
From: Mike Hunua
Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
Why have there been delays in commissioning the 4x Type 3 Next Gen prototype appliances from Angloco and Emergency One, given they have now finished their initial review and Emergency One has won the tender to supply these trucks in the future?
When are these 4 appliances expected to be in frontline service in permanent stations?
FENZ has believed to of received some new MAN appliances with a different body manufacturer that will be commissioned before the arrival of the next-gen Type 3s from Emergency One. When does FENZ expect to put these into service?
Can FENZ release a cascade plan for the Type 3s appliances once the Prototypes, new MAN Type 3s, arrive and are put into service?
Yours faithfully,
Mike Hunua
