Where are the Pandas WCC?

Dear Wellington City Council,

It has recently been reported from multiple sources that the Wellington City Council has been seeking to obtain a panda for Wellington Zoo.

Under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 I would like to request any and all documents, reports, business cases, correspondence, advice, or information the Wellington City Council has received on Pandas since 1 January 2010.
