Dear Richmond Road School,

On 5th June 2015 NZERA determined that Richmond Road School must give Pauline Pile Interim Reinstatement

It is my understanding the board blocked her return. The court hearing was due to be held this week and now it has come to my knowledge that Pauline is no longer returning.

Was she paid a settlement and hence the court case is no longer occurring?

IF she was paid out, how much was she paid?
Where does the money come from to pay out the settlement? i.e. Does the money come out of school funds?

What is the total amount of legal costs: legal insurance excess, settlement cost and other expenses, associated with Pauline Pile vs Richmond Road school?
Total as in 2014 and 2015
Total including NZSTA representative fees 2014 and 2015

I have yet to receive a reply to this request. 2 other letters were sodden in the mail box, but the answers to this request have not been seen.

Given your inability to send replies electronically, I can pick up the letter from the main office to avoid loss. You have my email, inform me once it is ready for collection.

Dear Agnes Loheni,

You state that the final outcome of Pile vs Richmond Road School is confidential. I have written to the Ministry of Workplace relations and safety for information pertaining to this case and await reply.

You state that I have previously received information as to the legal costs to the school. The previous sum DID NOT include the cost of the final meeting whereby the final outcome has been decided. So again What is the TOTAL (including final negotiation) cost to Richmond Road School?
