Dear Richmond Road School,

For the first 2 Questions the Chairperson Agnes Loheni says to refer to Baord of Trustees minutes

The 2nd DP position did not receive additional funding from the Ministry of Education. This is of significant importance as in the Interim Reinstatement Order for Pauline Pile, May 15th, the Board tried to argue that on the balance of convenience Ms Pile could not be reinstated. The reason given by the school was having financial difficulty and so could not afford to take her back. This is despite in 2014 creating a new position and hiring a 2nd Deputy Principal, so that we now have 2.
