Following the recently published response to AP's OIA on 31 January 2025, I am requesting the following:

- The qualifications and experience background of the Principal Advisor Process Redesign, including specific detail on what qualifications made them suitable and appropriate for this role
- The salary band for the above role
- How/When the role was created and whether it followed appropriate recruitment processes - including whether it was advertised in a fair process for all possible candidates
- Whether in the recruitment in the above role, there were other candidates - and for what reasons in terms of qualifications was the current PA preferred over other candidates.
- Whether the other candidates were NZ European and if so, whether the appointment of the current PA was based on ethnic preference/fulfilment of ethnicity based quotas.
