Fitness to Practise referrals for MBChB students

Dear University of Auckland,
Kia ora,
I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act regarding fitness to practise (FTP) numbers for students in the MBChB program:
[1] The number of formal Fitness to Practise (FTP) referrals made each year.
[2] A breakdown of referrals by category:
a. Extraordinary concern
b. Critical concern
c. Non-critical concern
The FTP procedures identifies 3 areas of concerns namely Health or personal issues; Professional attitudes and behaviours; and Issues external to the programme. I would therefore like to request:
[3] The number of FTP referrals involving health or personal issues.
[4] The number of FTP referrals involving professional attitudes and behaviours.
[5] The number of FTP referrals involving issues external to the programme.
I would like to request yearly data from 2019 to 2024 (inclusive), preferably provided in an Excel spreadsheet.
