Under the OIA I would like to please request the following:
The date(s) a search of former Deputy Commissioner Jevon McSkimming's electronic devices or devices linked to him took place. (such as his work computer)
The date Mr. McSkimming or his lawyer was informed that pornography was found on devices linked to him.
Please note - In recognition of the ongoing investigation there are no further details or information being sought. Simply two dates, which have no bearing on his status given he has resigned and no impact at all on the ongoing investigation.
