Dear Palmerston North City Council,
Please supply a copy of the Ecology Report completed as part of the Resource Consent process for the development of Te Motu o Poutoa / Anzac Park.
Please also advise who commissioned this report, what costs were associated with this, and by whom the costs were paid for.
Additionally, please supply the guidelines used and thresholds determined for any rare, threatened or at-risk habitat, along with who or what organisation set these guidelines and thresholds.
