Some of the information you have requested is more closely connected with
the functions of Auckland Council than with Auckland Transport. Therefore,
Auckland Transport is transferring your request to Auckland Council under
section 12(b)(ii) of the LGOIMA.

We are both independently looking for the information on weed management
and will get back to you on or before the statutory due date.

Following my email sent yesterday, I received confirmation from our team
that weed management falls under Auckland Council's policy, and AC is
responsible for the development and implementation of the weed management
policy. Therefore, Auckland Transport is transferring your request to AC
under section 12(b)(ii) of the LGOIMA.
