Details of all external consultants engaged by NZTE over the past three years to provide internal coaching, personal development, and team-building services, including:

-- Name of the consulting entity or individual(s);

-- Nature and detailed scope of services provided;

-- Duration of each consultancy engagement;

-- Total costs incurred per year for each consultant per annum.

Clarification on whether any external consultants have been engaged continuously or repeatedly (for more than six months), and if so, please outline the reasons for these longer-term engagements and length of continuous engagement.

Details regarding the approval process and criteria NZTE uses to determine the necessity and value of engaging external coaching or personal development consultants.

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 20 March 2025. The latest date for a decision on your request is 17 April 2025.
