Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request (the Act) to NZTE, received 6 April 2023 requesting:

Please provide a copy of your D&I policy at NZTE.

Who has ultimate oversight and responsibility for health, safety, and wellbeing at NZTE?

Were the NZTE Characters (Ambition, Adventure, Honesty, Trust, and Manaaki) signed off by the Board?

What role does the board play in ensuring the characters and culture (including Kaitiakitanga as referred to on the NZTE website) is followed within NZTE business units?

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 6 April 2023. The latest date for a decision on your request is 9 May 2023.
