May I kindly request the current list of Beachheads Advisors.

 

Also, please supply the standard contract that you sign with the
Beachheads Advisors.

 

From 1st Jan 2023 to now, how many instance you have engage with the
Beachheads Advisors. When is last time you have appoint a new Beachheads
Advisor.

 

What sort of vetting process you will complete before appoint a Beachheads
Advisor.

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 3 November
2023. The latest date for a decision on your request is 1 December 2023.
