  “The qualifications and experience background of the Principal Advisor Process 
Redesign, including specific detail on what qualifications made them suitable 
and appropriate for this role 
  The salary band for the above role 
  How/When  the  role  was  created  and  whether  it  followed  appropriate 
recruitment processes - including whether it was advertised in a fair process 
for all possible candidates 
  Whether in the recruitment in the above role, there were other candidates - 
and for what reasons in terms of qualifications was the current PA preferred 
over other candidates. 
  Whether  the  other  candidates  were  NZ  European  and  if  so,  whether  the 
appointment of the current PA was based on ethnic preference/fulfilment of 
ethnicity-based quotas.”

HDC does not employ any person with the role title Principal Advisor Process Redesign. 
Because  there  is  no  position  that  fits  your  description,  we  refuse  your  request 
pursuant to section 18(e) of the Official Information Act as the information does not 
exist.
