    Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
A drone was deployed on the 13th of November from the side of the harbour bridge to film the hikoi walking on the motorway and part way up the harbour bridge. The drone was directly above the hikoi and flew across travelling motorists on the road corridor. (please note this is not regarding the Greenpeace drone)
Under the OIA I request the following.

Confirmation received by NZTA that the drone pilot was CCA qualified.
Confirmation that a risk assessment undertaken by NZTA given the high risk to motorists and public walking in the Hikoi. Please provide details and communications.
Any communications/complaints from the 13th of November to date if any, concerning unauthorised drone use to film the Hikoi.
Is the NZTA currently investigating unauthorised drone use on the motorway and Harbour bridge relating to the Hikoi on the 13th of November?
Number of times drone use has been authorised by the NZTA in the last 10 years to film people crossing the Harbour bridge. Please provide details of the event and date.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
James
