Please provide the CV and other supporting material that was used in the consideration and the final decision to recommend the appointment of Brian Roche as the Public Service Commissioner.

For the clarity this would also include the letter of recommendation itself and the letter of support by the required two statutory Deputy Public Service commissioners.
