After reviewing your request to reconsider the withholding of the
documents mentioned in MBIE’s previous response to you, I can advise that
our decision the documents briefings 2425-0771 and 2324-0906 in full under
section 9(2)(f)(iv) of the Act still remains.

 

However, since our original response, the following paper has been
proactively released and can be viewed in the public domain. Therefore,
this document is withheld under section 18(d) of the Act - the information
