What I have asked for is minutes that have any reference "that is related in any way" to the whistleblower release of the covid vaccine data.
You have responded with an apparently narrowed scope to "specific references to the whistleblower case". Therefore please confirm that there no minutes that fit the scope that was requested, i.e. those which are "related in any way"... "to the whistleblower release of the covid vaccine data."

You are now overdue, please respond promptly before end of business tomorrow, else I will certainly exercise my right to make a complaint to the ombudsman and will be asking them pointedly to drill down on the apparent equivocation of words and hence the potential obfuscation of this information. It defies belief that this issue has not been discussed at executive team meetings, and as such minuted in those meetings.

I can confirm there was no formal discussion in the Executive Leadership
Team meeting about the whistleblower release of the covid vaccine data
between December 23 to August 2024 inclusive.
Again, I apologise for the previous lack of contact from the OIA team. We

Perplexing that this would not be a minuted agenda item at executive team meetings, a major issue like that and apparently not even discussed, weird. Ombudsman complaint has been withdrawn.
