Thank you for your email on 21 August 2024, asking Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for the 
following under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act):  
Please provide copies of the minutes of all the HNZ Executive Team meetings held 
between December 23 to August 2024 inclusive. 
If desired you may redact out agenda items that do not relate in some way to the 
whistleblower release of the covid vaccine data from last year. Please include everything 
that is related in any way to this subject. 
Response 
We have interpreted your request as only seeking copies of minutes where specific references to 
the whistleblower case were made. 
On that basis, having reviewed all relevant minutes from December 2023 to August 2024, we can 
confirm there is nothing in scope of your request. Therefore, your request for this information is 
refused under section 18(e) of the Act as this information does not exist.
