This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Masterten to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Masterten

Dear University of Auckland Official Information Act Officer,

Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982, I would like to request information regarding the grade distribution for the Master of Social Work (MSW) program at the University of Auckland.

Specifically, I am requesting the following information:

Grade Distribution Data: The distribution of final grades (e.g., A+, A, A-, B+, B, etc.) for each course within the Master of Social Work program for the most recent academic year available.

Historical Data: If available, please also provide the grade distribution for the previous five academic years for the same program.

Course-Specific Information: If possible, please break down the grade distribution by each course within the MSW program (e.g., SWK courses) for the requested time periods.

Please provide the information in a machine-readable format (e.g., Excel or CSV file) if available.

I understand that it may take some time to gather this information, but I would appreciate it if you could provide it as soon as possible. If any part of this request is too broad or would require an unreasonable amount of work to fulfill, please advise me so that I can refine my request.

Yours sincerely

Dear Masterten,

I refer to your request of 20 August 2024. As consultations necessary to
make a decision on your request are such that a response cannot reasonably
be given within the original time limit, the University has extended the
time limit for your request under section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA. The new
maximum time limit for the University’s response is 24 October 2024; we
will respond to your request as soon as reasonably practicable. You have
the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with
this extension.

Yours sincerely,
