follows.

December 2023 and received the University’s response on 16 February 2024.
The University provided you with these statistics for First Year and
Graduate General, MAPAS, and RRAS applicants, and withheld the requested
statistics for the Students with Disabilities, Low Socio-economic, and
Refugee Background UTAS on privacy grounds under section 9(2)(a) of the
OIA. Your request, and the University’s response, is publicly available at

Your request to be provided with the information that you received on 16
February 2024 is refused under section 18(d) of the OIA, as the
information requested is publicly available. Your request for information
that the University has already refused to provide you is refused under
the same ground, section 9(2)(a) of the OIA. We will treat further
requests for the same information as vexatious.
