Dear New Zealand Lotteries Commission,

I am Requesting under the Official Information Act of 1982 the T.O.P.S training materials for trainee salespeople that is mentioned in the Retailer Operations Manual (ROM).? I'm wondering what the procedure for the powerball rollover jackpot is like and if the New Zealand Lotteries Commission has any data on wherever winning tickets were sold as "Dip" tickets (numbers selected by the terminal) or coupon tickets (numbers picked by the player)?
